Partnering to Deliver Advanced Nutritional Solutions
Think of us as a seamless extension of your medical team. We operate on a strict Business-to-Business consulting model, empowering you to offer board-certified level nutritional expertise directly to your clients.
By partnering with us, you enhance your clinic's service offerings while keeping your practice at the center of the patient's care. You maintain the trusted Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) and remain the primary medical authority for the case. As a remote consulting service, we act strictly as your behind-the-scenes specialists and do not establish a VCPR.
This collaborative structure ensures your clinic drives the treatment plan: we bill your practice directly, and all final dietary plans and therapeutic prescriptions are authorized directly through your hospital.

To ensure patient safety and formulation accuracy, we require that the patient has had the following diagnostics performed within 3 months of the consultation request:
Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Serum Chemistry Panel
Fasted Triglyceride Level
Urinalysis with reflex Urine Protein-to-Creatinine (UPC) ratio
-
To properly drive our dietary management strategies, the following targeted diagnostics are also strongly recommended within 3 months of the consult for patients with relevant medical histories:
History of Chronic Enteropathy: A gastrointestinal panel sent to Texas A&M, including cobalamin, folate, TLI, PLI, and baseline cortisol.
History of Chronic Diarrhea: A comprehensive fecal PCR panel that includes testing for viral, bacterial, protozoal, and helminth (worm) infections.

Step 1: Submit the Referral Form. Complete our online referral form and email us the past 12–24 months of medical records along with the required diagnostic results listed above. Please note: This form must be completed by a veterinary professional. Submissions from pet owners will not be accepted.
Step 2: Client Intake & History. Once we review the medical files, we will contact both your clinic and the client. We will provide the owner with a comprehensive medical and diet history form to complete.
Step 3: Virtual Education Consultation. We will host a virtual video call with the client to review the patient's diet history, discuss nutritional goals, and gather final lifestyle details.
Step 4: Recipe Formulation & Vet Review. We will formulate a tailored nutrition plan and send it directly to you for review. Based on your active VCPR, you will provide the final recommendations to the owner and authorize any required therapeutic diets.
